This Monument Colorado home had a feel that was right out of the 70’s.  The concrete steps leading up to the front entry were crumbling and dangerous.  The back deck was in bad shape and needed to be completely redone.  We removed the concrete front steps and added beautiful retaining walls to help stabilize the yard.  Then we created an entryway cover that fits more with the Monument Mountain style.  Pine ceilings, heavy timber framing and coated steel connectors along with stone pillars make this entryway much more welcoming. The rear deck was enlarged and has composite decking for low maintenance and coated steel railings.  Now these are safe and updated outdoor spaces.
