Our clients came to us with a spectacular 35-acre lot in Franktown, Colorado. We designed this home with the big sky and big mountain views in mind; it is our take on a new age farmhouse. This home features 3535 finished square feet on the main level and finished attic area. In the future the basement could be finished to add an additional 1322 sft. Most rooms have great Pikes Peak views and open spaces. The living room has soaring pine ceilings that extend all the way across the room and out over the exterior porch. Rustic knotty alder trim was installed throughout.  The kitchen has gorgeous wood countertops with a copper apron sink along with white shaker custom cabinets.
