This home tucked into the foothills of Monument had an old and outdated Master bathroom. In addition, the fireplace in the living room, trim and doors, as well as the existing wood flooring on the main level were all not to the clients taste. We rearranged the master bathroom to accommodate a large freestanding tub with floor mount filler, a spacious shower with angled wall to keep the existing window for natural light, and a large double vanity and mirror that are much more in line with the clients tastes. The wood floors were refinished to show their true beauty, and the fireplace was given a new stone façade up to the ceiling, new hearth, and custom made mantle. Now the clients have a home fitting their style and lives.
