The master bathroom in this classic Woodmoor home had incredible views but the layout was no longer working for the homeowner.  A dated soaking tub, tiny toilet and shower area, and awkward layout all needed to be addressed.  The new large walk-in shower and dedicated toilet room for privacy made the area much better.  An angled shower wall meant the large window in the bathroom could stay and provide beautiful views of Pikes Peak. The closets in the master were also increased in size for storage, and a deck off of the master was updated with new railing and rubber pavers for comfort and safety.  The windows in the entire home were also replaced with Anderson 100 series dark bronze finish and full wood wrapped trim for a mountain craftsman feel. Now this increased energy efficient home has a layout that works for the client.
