This property nestled in the trees in the desirable Woodmoor area of Monument, Colorado, was dated on many levels, but especially the exterior.  The property has a flat roof system, which gives it a beautiful modern feel, but due to its age was in dire need of repair and had already caused serious leaking to the property.  Our team was able to repair the roof system, update the exterior, fix the mold and damaged areas on the interior, and add some stylistic details to give it a fresh update, like a new front porch and pergola with heavy timbers. This project also included reworking some interior areas to add a bedroom, increase the master bathroom size, and spruce up all the interior areas. Now this home is able to stand proud among the trees for years to come.
