Our small Colorado Springs suburban home had an extremely small kitchen. It was
only enough space for one person to be in at a time. We wanted to expand into the
backyard, however access was very tricky so we weren’t sure how a foundation
would work.
Joyner Construction brought in their crew, and with the engineered plans, they were
able to put a 20’ x 10’ addition on piers. We were able to move the dining space into
the addition, rework the kitchen to double its size, and even added a covered porch. Their professionalism and work ethic were abundantly clear throughout the project,
and their subcontractors were great to work with.
We are willing to use Joyner Construction for any future projects and highly
recommend them.
