The Cliff Joyner Construction Company recently completed renovating and adding a new wing to my older (circa 1915) home. I could not be happier with the results.
The size of the home was roughly doubled: Cliff worked closely with me to arrive at the final design. He was able to accommodate my needs and engineer a very workable floor plan that incorporated many of the features of the older home.
Schedule aberrations did occur, but were explicable and anticipated. The bid for the project was quite accurate: no surprises.
His team was extremely conscientious and capable. They handled my requests politely and with alacrity. They were particularly helpful assisting me to select the many accessories and components that complete a home; a task which I admittedly found a bit over whelming.
I am completely comfortable recommending Joyner Construction for any remodeling, renovating, or building project.
