We have just had Cliff Joyner Construction Co complete a roof addition over our deck in Monument. The roof addition is fairly large and will provide protection from the elements and extend the times we can use the deck.
We are extremely happy with the finished result. The ideas originally put forth by Mr. Joyner were beyond our expectations and really made the addition blend in as though it was part of the original house and not something “added on” as an afterthought. This company carefully engineered the project to last and withstand the forces of snow and wind. Plus, it just plain looks nice.
Working with any construction company can be a challenge at times and we have worked with other construction groups in the past. At times, there can be disruptions and scheduling challenges. With Cliff Joyner Construction, these disruptions were minimal and we were kept informed of the steps along the way. There is a high level of professionalism with Mr. Joyner and also with the people who came out to work on the project. They were all very polite.
We have no problem recommending this company to work on any construction project of any size. This would include an entire house as there is a very nice looking home in our neighborhood that Cliff Joyner Construction built previously.
