This small home in Colorado Springs was built in the 60’s and needed to provide a lot more living space.  Due to site restraints, removing the roof and adding a second level, or “add a story”, was the best course.  The second level added three new bedrooms and two new bathrooms.  The main floor was then gutted and remodeled to enlarge the kitchen, add a bathroom, laundry room, and stairs to the new story.  This project truly “elevated” the clients’ home in more ways than one.
