The clients have a small home that needed a new living space as well as more outdoor space.  We added a beautiful living room addition on the lower level, and to increase the outdoor living space and utilize all of the additions potential we also created a rooftop deck above.  With thick rubber tiles as the decking on top of the flat roof and fascia mounted railing for safety, this addition now makes the best use of indoor and outdoor living.
