This beautiful home in the Woodmoor area of Monument Colorado had an existing three-car garage, which was spacious when it was built, but not meeting the needs of the current homeowner.  We stepped in to turn one bay of the existing garage into a dedicated workshop area, and added another three-car garage addition to the home. Stone was also added to an existing retaining wall with failing stucco.  With some work to address the inherent site constraints and also not make the addition feel overwhelming to the existing home, Joyner Construction was able to meet the needs of the current homeowners while making this addition beautiful in its own right.
