Our client had out grown their 3-car garage.  He needed to use his 3-car garage to store his daily drivers, tractor, and snow blower. However that left no additional room for his sports car, scooter collection, and a hobbyist wood working area. We designed an oversized 4-car garage, which featured insulated and finished walls, heat, and an epoxy floor. We did not want the house to look like it was attached to a storage unit complex so we put this garage perpendicular to the existing garage and styled the front to look like an extension of the house, and once we installed the additional driveway and retaining walls to access the side entry, this addition became a natural part of the existing home.
